Come join a Physio Fitness Class for a fun, challenging workout on Saturday mornings!

The workout is around 1 hour and is capped at 5 people to ensure a small group setting.

​What does a class look like?

​Warm Up: we will begin with some mobility drills, activation drills and a dynamic warm up to prepare the body for movement.

​Functional Strength: you’ll engage in a few functional movement patterns to promote full body strength

​HIIT: to finish you’ll participate in a circuit that is designed to elevate your heart rate and push your effort level. This is where you and your classmates get to bond over the misery
